High-Speed Fiber Optical Broadband Service to 62 School Sites
Charlotte, NC, and Richmond, CA; February 23, 2017- Conterra Broadband Services, a leading provider of high-performance, fiber-optic broadband networks, and the West Contra Costa Unified School District (WCCUSD) announced the completion of a next-generation fiber-optic network.
The resilient network connects the district’s 62 locations that serve approximately 32,200 students. Each location can be easily upgraded from the current 10 gigabits to 100 gigabits. Conterra monitors, manages, and supports the network on a 24x7x365 basis and guarantees network performance and reliability.
